I promise that I am still here - I just haven't had very much time to spend sewing or crafting. I recently started a new job and working 40 hours a week again is really dragging me down. I find that most nights I am too tired to sew, make cards or even find new projects on the internet. The one plus to working is that I have been able to finish the binding on a couple of projects :)
Anyways, I am exausted, and since I have to work at 7 am (which means up at 5am and out the door by 6:15 am) I am off to bed.
Thanks for stopping by and for being patient with me.

I have been a bad blogger
Hey there,
So I have been a terrible blogger as of late...not posting as much as I would like. But I promise that I am working on some projects that will be revealed a bit later. And besides working on some quilt projects, I recently started a new job (only a week and a half into the job) - but working full time again means that I no longer have as much time to sew as I did during September and October. Oh, and my computer died - not good.
I promise to take pictures - but I am currently working on a couple of projects....
Thanks for stopping by,
Katie

- A quilt for me using Terrain by Kate Spain...you can order it from the fatquartershop here.
- Some Christmas Present blocks that will be turned into table runners (most likely Christmas gifts...I may make a couple of extra as mug rugs and/or pot holders). The tutorial for these blocks can be found on Madamm Samm's blog and she had a guest blogger Nan. You can check out the post on her blog (Nov. 14 blog post).
- I am also going to start some Shoe-fly blocks (probably the 12" size) to make some pot holders for Christmas presents.
Thanks for stopping by,

Snow Much Fun Card Class
Hello All!!
I am happy to announce my very first card class - featuring the stamp set "Snow Much Fun"!! Don't you just love that stamp set?? I didn't order it originally (it was available to Stampin' Up! demonstrators as a pre-order back in June), but after Heather Summers' October 1st demo event I was in love.
So, seeing as the holidays are fast approaching (can you believe that it is November already?!?) - I have decided to host my first card class.
The tentative dates for the class are Thursday November 17th and Monday November 24th (they are tentative because I have yet to get my work schedule for those dates).
If you are interested in attending the pricing options are as follows:
